Lotus 365 Terms and Conditions: Play Fair, Stay Safe

Who Can Use Lotus 365?

You must be 18 or older. Only Indian residents can register. One account per person-multiple accounts get suspended without refund. If you’re banned, you can’t reopen an account.

Your Account and Login Security

Your lotus365 login password is your responsibility. Never share it. If someone accesses your account without permission, contact  support   immediately.

You must provide accurate information during registration. False details result in account termination and funds forfeiture.

We can lock your account if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or underage play. You’ll receive a notice before permanent suspension.

Deposits and Bonuses

• Deposits are non-refundable once processed.
• Bonus funds have wagering requirements-you must bet them a certain number of times before withdrawal.
• Bonuses don’t apply to all bet types. Always read bonus terms before claiming.
• New player bonuses are one-time only. Using bonuses across multiple accounts violates these terms.

Placing Bets

• Bets are final once confirmed. No cancellations after submission on cricket betting markets.
• Odds shown at placement time are final. If you confirm at 2.50, you get 2.50 even if odds shift later.
• Obvious odds errors (like 0.01 or 100.0) will be canceled and stakes returned. Platform mistakes won’t be paid out.

Market Cancellation

• If a match is postponed, related bets void and stakes return.
• If a match abandons before completion, only finished markets settle.
• If a scoring error is found after settlement, payouts may be adjusted or voided. This happens rarely but is possible.

Winning and Losing

Winning bets pay instantly. Losing bets forfeit-no refunds. Payouts go directly to your account balance.

You can withdraw winnings anytime (subject to limits set on the  Responsible Gaming   page).

Withdrawals

• Minimum ₹500 per transaction. Maximum depends on account status and payment method.
• Withdrawals return to your original deposit method. If you used UPI, it goes back to that UPI ID.
• Processing can take up to 24 hours. Bank delays may extend this.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal per bonus terms.

Prohibited Activities

Don’t engage in the following:

• Bet on matches you’re involved in as a player or official
• Use bots or automated betting tools
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or technical issues
• Attempt unauthorized account access
• Engage in fraud or money laundering

Any violation leads to account suspension and funds forfeiture. Repeated offenses may result in permanent bans.

Responsible Betting Tools

• Loss limits
• Betting limits per ticket
• Temporary self-exclusion

Lotus 365 may update terms anytime. Continued use of your  lotus365 login indicates acceptance. Major updates will be announced beforehand.

Liability

Lotus 365 isn’t liable for technical outages, lost bets due to internet failures, or inaccurate data from third-party sources.
